Job summary

Allied Interior Solutions, a division of Allied Stone, Inc., seeks a Field Service Manager to coordinate all aspects of installation for single-family projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, based in the DFW region.

The role requires carpentry/building knowledge, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and construction experience. Travel to sites will be required to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to work sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients, inspections.
• Field measures, drive box truck to make deliveries and load/unload cabinets.
• Hire new sub-contractors.
• Approve subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Maintain installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.
• Anticipate and resolve client issues.
• Attend client mandated meetings as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and all AIS departments.
• Commit to being highly visible on job sites.
