Terminix is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician Teams and drive service delivery at our California branches. You will guide daily operations, scheduling, and ensure safety standards are consistently met while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to motivate others. Relocation is desirable, and a valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and valid driver's license required.
• A four year degree is highly desirable.
• 1-2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lead and motivate others with strong communication.
• Problem solving and practical solutions; rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious; Aptitude in basic/intermediate math.
• Comfort with working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics; valid license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
