Orion International is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee field projects and technical support for installation, commissioning, and training of OEM laundry equipment across North America. You will coordinate scheduling, service quoting, and post-service invoicing while advising the sales team on equipment sizing, layout, and application.

The role requires extensive travel (domestic and international) and strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills to support

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical, certified electrician status, or other applicable area of education
• 5-10+ years of experience in technical service of industrial laundry equipment or like equivalent
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and AutoCAD preferred
• Solid electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technological aptitude
• Ability to grasp complex issues and analyze in a goal-oriented manner
• Extensive electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversees field projects and technical support for installation, commissioning, and training of OEM equipment across North America
• Coordinates scheduling, service quoting, and post-service invoicing
• Advises the sales team on equipment sizing, layout, and application
• Addresses serviceability issues and collaborates with engineering teams
• Supports domestic and international travel for on-site supervision and technical support
