Mr. Electric in Mississippi seeks a Field Service Manager to lead field operations across our active fleet. You will coach technicians, uphold customer service standards, ensure process adherence, and drive quality through hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on field work with business management, mentors teams with AI field coaching tools (Rilla), collaborates with dispatch, and travels as needed to support multi-territory growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical service experience in residential/commercial work.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or field management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide active field coaching using AI analytics tools to mentor technicians.
• Conduct field ride-alongs and team huddles focused on safety and education.
• Cover service duties during peak demand to support field staff.
• Manage price book updates and SOPs for field and support staff.
• Perform site safety/NEC audits and investigate callbacks.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and fleet utilization.
• Recruit and onboard technicians and apprentices through structured training.
