This is a remote role requiring travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed. The role focuses on managing and growing the Digital Service team, providing support for industrial cooling installation, commissioning, and client operations in sectors like data centers and manufacturing.
The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experience, developing long-term service relationships, and identifying new service opportunities.

Primarily in a professional office setting with occasional travel to operational or construction sites.
Includes standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential for long hours and weekend work.
Travel up to 75% within the U.S., including out-of-state and overnight travel up to 30%.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical), construction management, or equivalent.
OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 certification required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
