Field Service Manager/ Digital Service Manager

Supervisory Responsibility: Digital Service Team

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Remote)

Summary Objective

This is a remote role requiring travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed. The role focuses on managing and growing the Digital Service team, providing support for industrial cooling installation, commissioning, and client operations in sectors like data centers and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experience, developing long-term service relationships, and identifying new service opportunities.

  • Identify and train successors to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee commissioning support activities across Stellar Energy programs.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Develop scope definitions and proposals for additional services.

Work Environment

Primarily in a professional office setting with occasional travel to operational or construction sites.

Physical Demands

Includes standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.

Position Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential for long hours and weekend work.

Travel

Travel up to 75% within the U.S., including out-of-state and overnight travel up to 30%.

Required Education and Experience
  • Excellent client relations, business management, and leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years supporting field commissioning or services.
  • At least 5 years in project management.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in chilled water systems.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical), construction management, or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications

OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 certification required.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
