Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Background in technical/field service required.
• Commercial food equipment experience preferred.
• Experience as a seasoned Field Service Technician is a strong advantage.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and emergency service calls.
• Provide training and guidance on commercial food equipment and customer service best practices.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop technicians while conducting performance reviews.
• Partner with Dispatch, Parts, and Branch leadership to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Help improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and overall branch performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting day-to-day branch operations.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Technical service or field service background.
• Commercial food equipment experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a seasoned Field Service Technician is a strong advantage.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
