Job summary

Staff Zone in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Service Manager to service clients, assist with sales, and coordinate dispatch with the Branch Manager each morning.

You will engage in sales activities, visit 12–15 sites daily, and support operations at the branch. Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license are required; be ready for some weekend work and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus.
• Ability to upsell current business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel within the territory to visit customers and maintain service (12–15 site visits daily).
• Strategize and communicate daily with team members.
• Record contact information in proprietary software and transmit weekly reports to management.
• Assist with branch operations.
• Report to the branch daily for dispatch.
• Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, as well as assist with sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.
