Job summary

Staff Zone, a national leader in construction staffing, seeks a Field Service Manager to drive sales, service, and business development. You will travel to regular and prospective customers, maintain strong customer relations, and coordinate with the branch for dispatch.

The role requires experience in sales or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug screen. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, with a vehicle and gas allowance, plus ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (past 3 years).
• Willing to travel across territory and visit 12-15 sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit customers.
• Strategize and communicate daily with team members.
• Record all customer and prospect information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management weekly.
• Assist with operations at the Branch.
• Report to branch daily for dispatch.
• Work Monday–Friday 5:30am–2:30pm and some weekends/holidays as required.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, as well as assist with sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm and every 4th Saturday

Compensation:

$55,000-$60,000 base salary plus up to 40% bonus opportunity

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
• Ability to upsell current business
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities as our Field Service Manager:

• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintain good customer service (12-15 site visits a day)
• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
• Assist with operations at the Branch
• Report to branch daily for dispatch
• Must be able to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm
• Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
