Staff Zone in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Office Manager to support branch operations, coordinating dispatching, billing, and payroll while ensuring safety and excellent service. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

We offer a competitive base salary of $40,000–$45,000 with up to 50% bonus potential, monthly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a strong 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with dispatching duties in the morning.
• Manage credit and collections.
• Produce and mail out invoices.
• Promote safety in the workplace.
• Recruiting, in the way of taking applications.
• Willing to work a weekend rotating, some holidays as required.
• Process credit applications for new clients.
• Ensure workforce is paid correctly and efficiently; assist with payroll.

The Office Manager, effectively and efficiently,assistswith the full operations of the branch. This individual will work directly with the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, our clients, and our workforce to ensure a smooth-running branch. Our ideal candidate would be self-motivated and havestrong communicationskills.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, rotating every third Saturday

$40,000-$45,000 salary plus up to 50% bonus potential. Bonuses are paid monthly.
