Job summary

The Industrial Service Group is seeking a capable supervisor to lead field operations in Alabama. You will drive safety, set performance goals, organize workflows, and coach staff to meet deadlines while maintaining accurate timekeeping and records.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, coordinating site-specific training, ensuring timely test reports, scheduling manpower and work scopes, and coordinating vehicles for field service jobs in partnership with Job Operations to maximize

Qualifications

• Proven experience as supervisor or in a related role.
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
• Experience booking hotels and managing per diem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask under high pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
