Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive field service tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment at various customer locations.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of critical assets.
• Manage on-site inventory and parts staging to ensure service efficiency and accurate record-keeping.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards related to both company and client-owned machinery.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to customers, providing insights that drive effective problem-solving.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and operational excellence in all field environments.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a Class A or B CDL.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diesel troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile smart devices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field setting.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a technical or field service role.
• Possession of relevant industry certifications or clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• Experience with hazardous materials handling (HAZ endorsement).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a technical capacity.
