Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a Rental Field Service (Lube) Technician to safely perform basic preventive maintenance on customer earthmoving equipment. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, operating heavy equipment, and accurate reporting of service and inspection results.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in servicing machines, administration, and customer service. CDL is required, with travel of 50%–75% and opportunities for growth with the One Professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years servicing machines and related equipment.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete service and inspection reports as needed.
• Communicate PM problems to supervisor as they occur.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify safety issues and notify responsible personnel.
• Order and return parts following procedures.
• Train and guide other technicians as needed.
• Perform machine inspections and maintain quality work.
