Job summary

Company Wrench is hiring a Field Lube Service Technician to service and repair equipment and attachments with minimal supervision. You will plan and execute maintenance, order parts, and ensure safety and quality in every repair.

The role demands strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, plus the ability to operate tools and perform repairs across major systems. Training, travel, and a professional work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience required.
• CDL Class A or B or ability to obtain one is required.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude are essential.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset.
• Good communication skills and safe work habits.
• Ability to perform repairs for all major equipment systems.
• Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
• Provide all tooling smaller than one-inch drive.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on equipment and attachments.
• Research and order parts and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Plan methods and sequence of maintenance tasks.
• Perform repairs efficiently and verify completion of work.
• Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts and purchases.
• Keep shop and service truck clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
