Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking a Field Lube Service Technician to perform maintenance, repair and service of equipment and attachments in a frontline field role. You will rely on your mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and plan efficient repair sequences, while following safety protocols and documenting all work.

The position requires CDL (A or B) or ability to obtain, plus strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B or ability to obtain
• Two years of industry experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Good communication skills and safe work habits
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience performing repairs on major equipment systems
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical fundamentals
• Proficient with a digital multimeter

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections, plan method and sequence of maintenance
• Research and order parts and materials for assigned maintenance
• Complete repairs efficiently and ensure work is per assignments
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and service truck
• Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed
• Maintain legible records of notes, times, parts, and purchases
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers while representing the company
