Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all U.S. field service calls for timely execution.
• Monitor daily service activity and address scheduling issues.
• Manage U.S.-based Field Service Engineers and HQ staff.
• Lead onboarding and development of new FSEs.
• Collaborate with Global teams on shared initiatives and training.
