Job summary

Alpine Specialty Services Inc. seeks a Field Service Manager to lead carpet and air duct cleaning field teams across the Seattle to Everett area. This hands-on role requires daily field work with technicians, coaching on quality, safety, and performance while driving customer satisfaction.

You will report to owners, mentor staff, and ensure operations run smoothly with a Monday–Friday schedule and 7:00 AM start. Training and career coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience supervising a field-based team.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Demonstrated experience taking ownership of measurable goals (production, revenue, quality, or operations).
• Leadership style suited to field work and hands-on coaching.
• Ability to interpret performance data into actionable coaching.
• Comfort with difficult conversations and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 7:00 AM field team huddles and set daily expectations.
• Conduct field ride-alongs and quality checks with technicians.
• Coach on service quality, productivity, customer experience, and sales performance.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage field employees.
• Address performance issues and provide timely feedback.
• Recognize performance and address problems quickly and consistently.
• Use scorecards and reports to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
• Review production, revenue, callbacks, and safety information.
• Coach on identifying add-on services that benefit customers.
• Maintain quality standards with high-producing technicians.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues onsite.
