Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Seattle is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team and help build something incredible from the ground up. You’ll perform expert carpet cleaning and water restoration services and lead by example.

We value 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn. IICRC certification is a bonus. This on-site role offers training, health benefits, and clear opportunities for advancement as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) bonus.
• Ability to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example as a team member.
