Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is looking for a Field Service Supervisor in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of field service operations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, training technicians, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will also manage technician assignments and monitor expenses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years applicable experience in field service operations.
• Certification from CAT/Waukesha or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must own tools of the trade.

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
