Job summary

Clean Harbors in Stockton, CA is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians on emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, and site remediation projects. You will lead crews, manage safety practices, and coordinate on-site operations.

You will mentor technicians, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and help manage project scope, budget, and timelines while being on call for emergencies. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field technicians
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug tests
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians and mentor crews to ensure project success
• Ensure OSHA/EPA and H&S compliance on all tasks
• Execute projects within budget and on time; communicate resource needs
• Lead safety training and daily safety practices on site
• Assist in field sampling, equipment operations, and paperwork completion
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis
