The Foreperson will coordinate resources, train staff, and ensure adherence to OSHA/EPA standards while performing field duties in various weather conditions and environments.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks and working in hazardous environments.
• Previous supervisory/crew lead experience.
• Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergency response.
• Must complete background check, drug test, and physical as applicable.
• Respiratory protection standards compliance per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and oversee emergency response and site remediation projects.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and OSHA/EPA/H&S standards are met.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources to complete field service projects.
• Manage large field service and emergency response projects, on time and within budget.
• Perform heavy lifting and operate light/heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain proper PPE usage and compliance with safety guidelines.
