Job summary

Clean Harbors in Kent, WA, is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians and lead emergency response projects with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating resources, ensuring budgets and timelines are met, and maintaining OSHA/EPA standards on site.

The position requires physical endurance, the ability to travel, and on-call availability for emergency response tasks, supporting hazardous waste cleanup and site remediation

Qualifications

• Physically intensive work entails long hours and demanding tasks.
• Experience supervising field technicians or crews.
• Willing to travel and be on-call for emergency response.
• Pass background check, drug test, and medical/physicals per position.
• Must comply with respirator and PPE safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and enforce policies.
• Train and mentor field technicians; oversee projects within budget and on time.
• Manage large field service and emergency response projects as directed.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/H&S compliance and proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field tasks.
• Perform safe loading/unloading of waste and assist in field sampling as needed.
• Attend compliance meetings and complete related paperwork.
