Job summary

Clean Harbors in Kent, WA is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians and lead emergency response and hazardous waste cleanup projects on-site.

You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and schedule, and coordinate with the coordinator to allocate manpower and equipment. This role requires physical endurance, on-call availability, and a commitment to environmental health and safety.

Qualifications

• Physically intensive role requirement.
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check, drug test and physical per position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and oversee field service tasks.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards and regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and resources for field service and emergency response projects.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment and PPE usage.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required field documentation.
