Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Lead in Evansville, IN. This role provides leadership at the service location, trains employees and customers, and handles delivery, pickup, and servicing of medical equipment including loading and unloading in company vehicles.

You will also manage inventory, perform administrative duties, and act as the service center designee when management is unavailable, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of customer-facing experience in varied environments.
• 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership at service location and train employees and customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading medical equipment and other field duties.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for equipment, disposables, and supplies.
• Act as service center designee in the absence of management.
• Oversee local operations, metrics, and courier use.
• Prepare medical equipment for use and return; manage equipment research.
