Job summary

Heavy Machines LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, repair and rebuilding at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. You will lead multi-person tasks, train peers, and maintain open communication with customers and the service team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and rebuilding at customer sites.

• Maintain communication with service manager and customer support.
• Plan routine travel to monitor customer reactions and share knowledge.
• Handle warranty work in coordination with regional manager.
• Prepare timely reports according to the reporting system.
• Use training to continually upgrade professional skills.
• Sell service contracts and HMIE offerings to customers.
• Use every customer contact as a training opportunity.
