A leading machinery company is seeking an Advanced Field Service Technician to provide expert onsite support for advanced earthmoving equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing machinery issues, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, MSHA certification, and at least 5 years in field service, with deep technical knowledge. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a related technical role.
• Self-motivated and able to work safely with limited supervision.
• Flexibility in work hours and days according to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert onsite support, maintenance, and repair for earthmoving equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including mechanical and software problems.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
