Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES) Field Service Foreman leads multiple field service teams, coordinates travel to jobsites, and manages daily work schedules for YES projects in Georgia. Strong technical leadership and customer communication are essential for success in fast-paced field environments.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of technical experience, with emphasis on safety, tool and parts planning, and reporting to Project Managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge/experience with YES manufacturing processes and products.
• Technical ability to diagnose and repair field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for field service teams at multiple sites.
• Travel as needed to jobsites and communicate with customers.
• Plan daily work schedules and determine tooling/parts requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on job statuses and safety.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site contacts on scope and safety.
