Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to coordinate field repairs, scheduling, and customer communication for equipment across multiple locations. You will manage repair estimates, parts orders, and ensure adherence to company policies.

The role requires five years of heavy equipment experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with Word/Excel. It offers growth in a premier machinery dealership network with extensive equipment partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience as a heavy equipment technician.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural systems.
• Experience with parts and work order systems.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field repairs, services, and maintenance of equipment.
• Direct troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and testing in the field.
• Develop and maintain repair schedules for field personnel.
• Create work orders and oversee parts/material orders for service docs.
• Provide repair estimates, scheduling updates and approvals to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments on estimates, scheduling, and completion dates.
• Oversee maintenance of field technician service trucks and safety.
• Maintain records for new equipment delivery and rental units in the field.
• Track failed parts and warranty repairs per company guidelines.
