Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Foreperson in Pompano Beach, FL to supervise Field Technicians and oversee emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and related activities.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in field services.
• Ability to travel for extended periods as needed.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug test and physical.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Physically intensive role requiring stamina.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/H&S standards are met.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field and emergency projects.
• Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects when directed.
• Operate/handle equipment and PPE; perform physical tasks as required.
• Attend compliance and safety meetings; complete required paperwork.
