Job summary

Integra in Houston seeks a Field Service Lead with strong electrical expertise to oversee field operations, support service teams, and ensure high-quality customer service. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with client coordination across installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

This position requires 5+ years in electrical field service, including 2+ years in a lead role, and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical field service, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, controls, power distribution, and automation equipment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • OSHA or other relevant safety certifications a plus.
  • Primarily field‑based with regular travel to customer sites.
  • Requires the ability to work in industrial, manufacturing, and outdoor environments.
  • May require overtime, weekend, or on‑call support depending on service demands.

What you will do
