Job summary

Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to support armored vehicle maintenance and U.S. Government test operations at Fort Hood, TX and Aberdeen, MD.

You will lead on-site teams, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure vehicle readiness for scheduled testing across remote locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FSR/FER roles, experience with armored platforms, and the ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• 5+ years of Field Service Representative (FSR) or Field Engineer Representative (FER) experience with U.S. Government test sites.
• 4+ years of military armored vehicle operations or maintenance on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles; MOS preferred.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively to U.S. Government and customer test locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field rework activities and supervise FSR teams.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, repair, modify, and upgrade armored vehicle platforms.
• Support U.S. Government test operations by maintaining vehicle readiness and availability.
• Develop and execute maintenance work packages for testing and sustainment.
• Manage on-site support equipment, spare parts, storage, and maintenance packages.
• Coordinate maintenance status and upgrades with internal teams and government personnel.
• Interpret drawings and manuals to perform repairs and modifications.
• Support development of field maintenance procedures across Rheinmetall Field Service.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company/customer regulations.
• Perform additional duties to support field service and vehicle test operations.
