Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Clifton, NJ is offering an on-site internship supporting startup, commissioning, and re-commissioning of customer systems using pneumatic, electrical, and electronic technology. You will help maintain As-Built drawings in Bluebeam, Excel and Word, assist with calibration, and set up software on site.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field with a 3.0+ GPA, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA requirement.
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Willingness to travel more than 50% locally.

Responsibilities

Assist with startup, commission and re-commission of customer systems using pneumatic/electrical/electronic tech.
Assist in maintaining accurate As-Built drawings using Bluebeam, Excel and Word.
Assist during calibration with basic electronic test equipment like multi-meters and network terminals.
Assist in commissioning of software programs for building systems.
Set up operator workstations with required software and ensure documentation is complete.
Record and track job progress and communicate with lead project personnel.
