Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a field service technician to install, inspect and repair equipment at customer sites. You will develop technical skills, follow safety guidelines, and maintain clear field service paperwork.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints and safety manuals. You will work with teammates to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, with hands-on training and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a DOT medical exam.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak to groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service and repair equipment in the field under supervision of a senior technician.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, welders, torches, and power tools safely.
• Maintain paperwork such as service tickets and time sheets accurately.
• Work closely with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
