Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Inspector to travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled inspections, inspect past installations, and recommend system upgrades. You will perform annual maintenance and resolve warranty concerns while meeting sales and performance goals.

Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and comfort with inspection tools are essential. A company vehicle is provided and paid training is included for field readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction or home improvement preferred.
• Reliable attendance and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled service appointments.
• Inspect past installations, identify issues, and recommend system upgrades.
