Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Sales Inspector in Bristol, VA to diagnose homeowner concerns during in-home visits and present customized repair solutions. You’ll build trust with customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

We provide paid, hands-on training to become a Certified Waterproofing and Foundation Expert, plus a company vehicle, laptop, and tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, construction, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a team-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements.
• Driven by results and committed to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $100,000-$200,000 per year (High Commission + Paid Training + Benefits)

Compensation

Earning potential: $100,000-$200,000+ per year

• 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k within their first year
• Top performers exceed $150k annually
• Uncapped commission structure + base pay during training
