Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair in Bristol, VA is seeking a Real Estate Response Sales Inspector. You will build relationships with realtors, homeowners and buyers, and conduct inspections to identify basement, foundation and crawlspace concerns.

You’ll communicate findings clearly to partners, collaborate across departments, and uphold the company’s integrity in every interaction. Paid training, a company vehicle, laptop, and comprehensive benefits are provided, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Real Estate Response Sales Inspector

Location: Bristol, VA (and surrounding areas)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $100,000-$200,000 per year (High commission potential + benefits)

Compensation

• Earning potential: $100,000–$200,000+ annually
• 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k in their first year
• Top performers exceed $200k annually
• Paid training and uncapped commission structure

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 1+ year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not required)
