Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Sales Inspector in Bristol, VA to diagnose homeowner concerns during in-home visits and present customized repair solutions. You’ll build trust with customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

We provide paid, hands-on training to become a Certified Waterproofing and Foundation Expert, plus a company vehicle, laptop, and tools.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in sales, construction, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and dependable with a team-focused mindset.
Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements.
Driven by results and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home inspections to diagnose homeowner concerns.
Present customized repair solutions and explain recommended services.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.
