Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support Field Service Development Managers across assigned regions. You will implement service strategies with dealership personnel, train dealers on service lane processes, and become a center of expertise for SWB and OSS.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in automotive service or fixed operations a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong writing abilities with MS Office literacy.
  • Ability to train groups and present information clearly to others.
  • Creative problem solving and proactive customer issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Implement service strategies with dealership personnel to grow the business and profitability.
  • Train and monitor dealers on service lane processes (SWB/OSS).
  • Become a center of expertise for service tools and dealership operations.
  • Assist dealers in reducing LOF/MPVI cycle times to under one hour.
  • Meet metric goals and track progress across a geographic area.
