Job summary

Clean Harbors in Whistler / Mobile, AL seeks a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians and ensure safe, compliant execution of emergency response, hazardous waste clean‑up and site remediation projects. The role requires 100% travel and participation in a paid two-week Academy training (out of state possible).

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically intensive role.
• Prior supervisory or crew-lead experience.
• Ability to travel for extended periods, including overnight stays.
• Must be able to be on call for emergency response.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical (per position).
• Respiratory protection requirements per OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and oversee field service tasks.
• Lead projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce OSHA/EPA/H&S standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field service and emergency response.
• Manage large scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
• Perform heavy physical tasks and operate PPE-equipped equipment.
• Attend safety and compliance meetings and maintain records.
