Clean Harbors in Whistler / Mobile, AL is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians on emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. Travel is 100% (out 8 weeks at a time) and the role includes on-call emergency response, with paid two-week Academy training (out of state) covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in physically intensive roles.
• Experience supervising a crew.
• Willing to travel for extended periods, overnight.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Compliance with OSHA/EPA/H&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and ensure safety protocols.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for field services.
• Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects.
• Operate and maintain PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings.
• On-call for emergency response duties as required.
