Job summary

Clean Harbors in Boise, ID is seeking a Field Service Foreman to supervise Field Technicians and lead emergency response and hazardous waste cleanup projects. The role requires overseeing site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials while maintaining strict safety standards.

New hires attend a two-week Academy training out of state, with expenses covered by the company and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field technicians.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call.
• Ability to perform physically intensive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field service and emergency response projects.
• Manage large field service and emergency response projects as directed.
• Perform heavy physical labor and operate tools and equipment as required.
• Wear appropriate PPE and work in various environments.
