Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide commissioning and aftermarket support for our Reverse Osmosis product line to industrial and municipal customers. You will perform on-site maintenance, calibration, and training, ensuring safe, reliable operation.

Travel 50–70% across North America, work independently with project teams, and uphold Veolia safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in service/maintenance; PLC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related technical education preferred.
• 2+ years’ service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Preferred: Instrumentation/controls knowledge and PLC programming exposure.

Responsibilities

• Review customer plant installations and compare against drawings and schematics.
• Monitor equipment performance and operation; conduct maintenance and calibration.
• Perform analytical tests (turbidity, pH, chlorine, etc.) and site-specific tests.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems on equipment.
• Install and maintain EDR configurations; provide on-site training.
• Document work performed with detailed technical summaries; follow safety guidelines.
