Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support water treatment systems across various industries. You will troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment such as filtration and RO systems, generate technical summaries, and ensure contract adherence.

The Lead FSR component includes mentoring peers and owning site metrics. Ability to travel regionally is expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED / international equivalent with 5+ years’ service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment (valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, instrumentation)
Carry out maintenance, calibrations, and inspections to ensure contract compliance
Create and maintain site paperwork and provide clients with technical summaries of work
Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; manage parts supply
Monitor and optimize equipment performance and process parameters
Review client plant installations against reference drawings and schematics
Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior FSRs as needed
Perform various site-specific analytical tests (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.) and report results
