Job summary

Taylor Hobson is seeking a field service engineer to support our USA customer base. After completing a training program, you will install, calibrate, maintain, and service equipment at customer premises, and provide remote troubleshooting and quotes for services.

Based in Central or Western United States with a home office near a major airport, you will travel within North America, work independently, and represent Taylor Hobson at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic, or multi-disciplinary engineering; or have previous field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation and training at customer sites.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Service repair and after-sales support.
• Remote troubleshooting and diagnostic support.
• Quoting services to customers.
