Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience in Field Services/Maintenance.
• 2+ years advanced experience in Services & On-Site Services.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs; established project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and service work on transformer monitoring equipment.
• Manage installation projects, coordinating with customer contacts and GE teams.
• Troubleshoot to PCB level and provide technical direction on-site and remotely.
• Provide timely, accurate reports and ensure quality control per standards.
