Job summary

Actus Consulting Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in the Austin, TX area. This role covers on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of semiconductor capital equipment, with relocation support offered.

You will work with customers, respond to service calls, provide training, and collaborate with our Japan HQ. Openings: 5. Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with potential for overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Received previous work experience in a similar position; Semiconductor FSE experience preferred.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and sustaining of semiconductor capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service engineering at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot more complicated products and problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Company products.
• Establishes and manages a local maintenance service structure.
• Provides training to customers in usage and maintenance.
