Job summary

CACI is seeking a Field Service Engineer to build, configure, maintain, and field complex networking and satellite communications equipment at the TS/SCI level. The role involves establishing satellite network architecture for multiple customers and maintaining expertise in network hardware/software interfaces.

Travel up to 50% CONUS and OCONUS to train and interact with customers, with opportunities to develop training materials and technical documentation for operational use.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph required.
• BA/BS with at least 3 years of full-time experience, or 4+ years with an Associates degree, or 6+ years with no degree.
• Hands-on integration with secure networks, routers, switches, COMSEC devices, and satellite/transport systems.
• CompTIA networking experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test classified networking equipment, including multi-enclave networks.
• Lead deployment of satellite communications systems, including link initialization and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults to maximize network performance and provide Tier II/III support.
• Configure and train customers on equipment, including Virtual Machines and VOIP solutions.
• Maintain professional demeanor with customers and stakeholders; deliver hands-on training to military users.
