Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to build, configure, test, and field complex networking and satellite communications equipment at the TS/SCI level. You will configure secure networks, provide troubleshooting, and train customers in VMs, VoIPs, COMSEC devices, and encrypted transport systems.

The role requires up to 50% travel across CONUS/OCONUS and strong communication skills to interact with government stakeholders and field units.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• BA/BS with at least 3 years of full-time experience, or 4+ years with an Associates, or 6+ years with no BA/BS.
• Hands-on integration experience with secure networks, routers, switches, COMSEC devices, and satellite/transport systems.
• CompTIA networking experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test classified networking equipment, including multi-enclave networks.
• Subject matter expert in deployment of satellite communications systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maximize network performance, and track bandwidth for Tier II/III support.
• Configure and train customers on Virtual Machines, VoIPs, COMSEC devices, and HAIPE encryptors.
• Deliver hands-on instruction to military users and develop training materials.
