Job summary

Voith Paper, part of Voith Group, is seeking ambitious candidates for our Regional Graduate Program (RGP) in Appleton, WI. The Field Service Expert will rotate through Service departments during an 18-month training, gaining hands-on experience with Process, Mechanical, and Automation/Controls services.

Candidates hold a 4-year degree in engineering or related field and must be mobile for travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or related discipline.
• Willing to relocate/travel during the 18-month training.
• Industrial environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good MS Office and basic SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Undergo 18-month rotations across Service departments.
• Learn to analyze operations and improve plant performance.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and service operations.
• Collaborate with service specialists to learn the business.
• Support manufacturing processes and paper-making knowledge.
