Job summary
Georgia-Pacific, a Koch company, invites applications for a Regional Rotational Engineer program beginning in 2027 in Northeast Wisconsin. This full-time role provides hands-on exposure across manufacturing, R&D, and capital engineering with rotations between Green Bay and Neenah locations, including travel.
The program aims to develop engineers with leadership and process expertise who will contribute from day one in a dynamic industrial setting.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., technical college, certificate, upskilling).
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to relocate per program requirements.
- Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for rotations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across manufacturing, R&D, and capital engineering.
- Rotate between Green Bay Broadway mill and Neenah Technical Center R&D facility; some rotations may require travel.
- Develop deep understanding of processes, technologies, and engineering best practices; build leadership skills.
