Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Regional Rotational Engineer for the 2027 full-time program in Northeast Wisconsin. You will rotate across Green Bay Broadway mill and Neenah Technical Center R&D Facility to gain hands-on exposure in manufacturing, engineering, and capital projects.

As a participant, you will develop leadership, problem-solving, and practical skills while contributing to real-world improvements. Some rotations may involve travel and relocation as required by the program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering degree program or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate as required by the program.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027; program may include travel.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Green Bay Broadway mill and Neenah Technical Center R&D Facility to gain hands-on exposure across manufacturing, research, development, and capital engineering.
• Develop leadership skills, engineering practices, and process understanding through structured rotations.
• Some rotations may include travel as part of the role; contribute meaningfully to the organization and identify areas of fulfillment within engineering.
